10G TOSA Fiber Optic Modules in XMD MSA Tosa package
Oki offers 10G Electro-Absorption Modulated Lasers (EML) in an XMD MSA compliant "Transmitter Optical Sub Assembly" (TOSA) package. The package contains a 1550 nm EML chip, an optical isolator, a rear-facet monitor photodiode, and a thermal electric cooler (TEC). The XMD MSA TOSA's features low dispersion penalty and are available for either 40km or 80km applications. The devices are available with LC or SC receptacle for use in XFP, X-2 and other X-families 10G transceiver or transponder module applications. | |
